PuMpKiN tRaDiTiOnS!
Fall and Halloween have always been my favorite. I love the weather change, and I love anything to do with pumpkins. Ever since Erik and I have been married, it has always been a tradition for us to carve pumpkins and watch Sleepy Hallow. So, last night we ate cookies and milk, carved our pumpkins, and watched Sleepy Hallow. This is what we came up with. Can you guess whose is whose? Yep, mine is the goofy one. Every year I do a goofy one and he does a scary one. He was kind of bummed when I told him his looked like Ezma on Emperors New Grove when she gets turned into that cute little kitty. Ha ha, that is totally what his looks like. I love our little tradition and can't wait to include our kids in the fun! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

You guys are very good pumpkin carvers! Love it! Don't feel bad for Avery not having teeth. Makenna only had two until she was almost 15 months and only had the front eight when she was 2! Its all good. I don't think it is as bad for them when they are older.

So great to have traditions. I need to do the pumpkin carving thing, but am not into it yet...Maybe next year when Ava can actually do it....I've always wanted to do a tradition for our family where we carve pumpkins and I make carmeled apples....mmmmm my favorite!
