a TrIp To ThE tReEs!
On Saturday, we drove up to Charleston Mtn to get out of the heat and witness the beautiful changes that fall brings. It definitely isn't as pretty as the mountains around Utah, but living in a treeless city, I'll take it. I loved the Quaker trees! They're yellow now and soon they'll be red. I told Erik, we definitely have to go back for that. I love watching the season change! We walked around, showed Avery the trees and it was the funniest thing. She just laughed and laughed. She loved all the trees! A guy walked by and said, "wow she's high off of the fresh air!" It was so fun to watch her enjoy herself so much. I love doing stuff with my family. To me, they are the most important thing in the world!

Wow I didn't realize vegas had mountains so close! I also love this time of year. THe leaves are so gorgeous here right now! Avery is too cute

I have been meaning to drive up to Pine Valley Mtn. to see all of the trees changing too, since St. George doesn't have that either:). That looks so fun, and those are pretty pics!
Wow, it is pretty up there. I've heard Nicole talk about Mt. Charleston but I've never been. Being in Vegas you wouldn't know you were near there. We will definitely plan on coming to Avery's b-day party. Can you believe how fast it all went by?
