Okay so I've realized I haven't blogged anything nice about this pregnancy! I feel kind of bad for that. I have a whole journal about my pregnancy with Avery and with this little boy, nothing. I think it's because now I have a child that distracts me to no end so I rarely accomplish all that I want to. Well I am 28 weeks today and this is what I'm thinking:
1- When I rub vitamin E oil on my stomach it really looks like a greased up butterball turkey! Gross.
2- I don't feel him move that often, which I believe is because I have placenta previa and the placenta is right in front. I feel him move but it seems like I should feel it a lot more.
3- I have gotten leg cramps more than I would like to even think about. One hurt so bad at about six in the morning, I woke up throwing the blankets off of me in a panic because I was in so much pain.
4- I constantly have acid in my throat. It feels like my food just sits in my esophagus waiting to make its presence known.
5-I get pretty bad ligament cramps on the sides of my stomach when I sleep. Sometimes, it's hard to even roll over.
6-Avery loves to kiss my tummy and talk to her baby brother. She too thinks she has a baby in her tummy.
7- My back has hurt so bad, I haven't been able to accomplish all the tasks I would like.
8-I definitely have weird dreams!
9- My thighs now rub together and I can't stand that! Of course not in jeans but when I'm in the buff and it irritates me. When I'm not pregnant, my thighs DO NOT rub together.
10- I've gained 20 something lbs. I'm not getting on the scale to confirm the 20 something. I kind of don't want to know.
Sounds pleasant doesn't it?! You're probably thinking, does she ever have a good day? Yes, of course I do. These are just the things about this pregnancy that really stand out to me. It's definitely different than Avery. I already loooove this boy and I can't wait to meet him!!!

oh gosh- i feel you. Especially with the acid, back pain, ligament stomach pain and 20+ pounds!
Paul is always saying how much he loves my "large pregnant body"
I dont know about you- but that doesnt sound like a compliment to me :)
Names? Names? Names?
I totally know about the leg cramps... I used to wake up hitting Brent to rub them out because I was going to die! 12 weeks to go! YAY for you!
That is pretty much what my pregnancy with Penny was like. My legs hurt so bad that by the end I had a hard time getting up from the sitting position. Good luck.
Names?
Savannah, let me just say that you are really lucky that your thighs normally don't rub together. There is a world full of girls who are jealous of you, myself included! ;) I totally feel for ya, those pains are the worst! Good luck enduring!
