bUiLdInG a HoUsE!!!

So, we decided the whole bank owned homes in Vegas, was too big of a hassle. Most of them are a big mess that would take some definite TLC. We made an offer on one that was really nice, but it turned into a biding war and we weren't willing to play. We decided to build!! We locked in our lot and our floor plan. They will start breaking ground in a couple of weeks. So for the next six months we will be renting. We don't know what we're going to rent because most home owners want a year lease. We've been looking at condo's. We only have like a week and a half to figure it out. Here are some pictures of the model of the house we are building. However, we get to pick everything and it will look nothing like this. This is not our taste. We've already picked some of our stuff. It's pretty fun. The best part about it is, it will be bigger than our house now, a little nicer and the kicker is, we will have paid less than what we paid for our house now. The Vegas market is definitely a buyers market!
